Cancellations
Payment may be made by credit card or e-transfer. In the event, payment is not received, the credit card on file will be charged for that session.
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a gap in the day that could have been filled by another client. Therefore, 24 hours notice is required for cancellation or any change to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, who or miss an appointment, (No Show) will be charged a cancellation fee of 50%.
In case of emergency/sickness, it is your responsibility to contact the office as soon as possible after the missed session.
Two late cancellations or No Shows will result in mandatory prepayment for any future sessions.
Health Insurance
I am certified and approved by multiple insurance companies; however, please note that I do not offer direct billing services for insurance providers. If your insurance plan covers the RTC designation, you can submit your receipts for reimbursement. Below is a list of insurance providers that typically cover my counselling services:
